Understand the Five Key Benefits of a Web Presents

You’d be hard pressed to show me a very successful business that doesn’t have a web presents. It’s a critical aspect of being able to start and continue conversations with potential clients. To carry on marketing conversations, you must be able to follow up with the potential clients who come to you interested in your services or products if you don’t have a web site, you are missing out on the best and  most efficient way to start these kinds of marketing conversations.

Say this mantra reputedly to yourself, “The effectiveness of my website is directly proportionate to how solution oriented my offers are”

Your website can be the single most effective tool for attracting and securing clients – if it’s done right. You must focus on benefits rather than features. Don’t bore your visitors with overly complicated technical information and specs of what you do. Rather simplify by using language they will understand, because they are thinking, “ME ME ME, How will this benefit me?”

Below you will find the purpose and benefits of having a website:

  • Its positions you as an expert: Perception is everything on the internet. Having your own website increase you visibility, credibility and trustworthiness.
  • It builds you brand identity: Your website represents you and your business in the marketplace. So you need to make sure what your website is communicating is congruent to your image, otherwise you might misinform and detour potential customers away from your services.
  • It reaches a global marketplace: If you have a product available on you website you’ll expand you geographic marketplace from your local neighborhood to the entire world.
  • It creates an around the clock passive revenue profit machine: The web never sleeps, which means that you can turn you computer and website into a cash register. Your website will be working around the clock to Grow your Business. Most of the processes can be automated so it requires little attention from you, allowing you to focus your attention elsewhere.
  • It builds your database: A website can instantly increase the effectiveness of your sales cycle by building a targeted list of potential clients who have given you permission to follow up with them. When you integrate an email “drip” marketing system, you can effectively keep your database of potential clients updated on your products, offerings, and special incentives.

So you ARE online? How many leads or sales is your website produce a month? How much revenue does your website directly or indirectly result in? How well is your site converting? There are probably a quite a few areas your website could improve. Get specialized knowledge on how your website can help you grow your business by calling (800) 921-4391..

  1. Thanks for the article. As a marketing professional with a degree in Advertising from the University of Florida I agree with most everything written here. What I also know is that attention to detail is just as important as ‘being there’. Having a misspelled word in both your headline and in the all important first sentence will lose you more credibility often than the message may gain. I think you meant to refer to Web ‘Presence’ not Presents. Just a gentle reminder…and I am available for eagle eye proofreading – which could gain or save you many clients! I’m sure it was a rare oversight – thanks for the article!

  2. Thanks for the support Marc! Attention to detail is very important and vital to being successful in many things. I do currently have editors/ proofreaders on staff, this article just made it by them.

Saw that your site is under constuction, is there anything I or my web firm can do to help?

Thanks again and may your business grow!
